ICAM or TapRoot certified/trained.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of HSE experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industry, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
Certified in OHS / HSE Management (e.g., AK3U, SMKP Minerba, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Supervise and monitor all HSE activities across mining, processing, smelting, and refining operations.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, Indonesian regulations (K3 Pertambangan, ESDM), and international safety standards.
Conduct and lead regular site inspections, safety patrols, and internal HSE audits.
Implement and maintain risk assessments, safety procedures, and permit-to-work (PTW) systems.
Coordinate and lead emergency response planning, drills, and actual incidents.
Provide HSE training, toolbox talks, and induction programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts/conditions, and prepare reports with corrective actions.
Monitor PPE compliance, safe working practices, and contractor safety performance.
Prepare and submit HSE reports, KPIs, and safety statistics to management and regulatory bodies.
Support the promotion of a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility across the organization.

Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of mining and mineral processing operations and their associated risks.
Proficiency in risk management, HIRADC, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Ability to lead safety inspections, safety audits, and compliance checks.
Skilled in incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action planning.
Competence in emergency response, firefighting, mine rescue, and medical evacuation procedures.
Strong knowledge of environmental protection and sustainability practices related to mining activities.
Soft Skills:
Leadership and supervisory skills to guide HSE officers and field safety teams.
Strong communication and reporting skills for interaction with management, regulators, and contractors.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under high-pressure conditions.
