Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure the implementation of the OHS Management System on the project complies with company regulations and standards.
Conduct safety induction and OHS training for new workers and subcontractors.
Conduct regular field inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure the use of PPE in accordance with occupational safety standards in the project area.
Create and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to OHS on the project.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Have good independent work, good communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and basic knowledge of safety regulation and practices.
Able to conduct safety inductions and socialize OHS procedures to all project workers.
Skilled in incident investigation, OHS reporting, and HSE documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office for OHS reporting and administration.
