Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine HSE inspections in shipyard and project areas.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures during fabrication, welding, lifting, and marine operations.
- Monitor implementation of Permit to Work system.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Support toolbox meetings and safety inductions.
- Prepare daily/weekly HSE reports for management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of shipyard safety standards and marine regulations.
- Familiar with hot work, confined space, lifting operations, and work at height.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
