Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE professional.
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health, or Occupational Health & Safety.
Certified AK3 Umum (Ministry of Manpower/KEMNAKER).
Candidates based in Surabaya and East Java area are preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure the implementation of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) programs.
Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to employees.
Conduct routine inspections of all safety equipment, including fire extinguishers and emergency response tools on site.
Perform regular inspections of heavy equipment and lifting support tools (lifting gear).
Assist in developing emergency response procedures.
Continuously review site safety and health activities, and provide recommendations for improvement and implementation.
Support the preparation of daily and monthly HSE reports for the Head Office in Jakarta.
Act as a subject matter expert during investigations when required.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Knowledge of basic HSE principles and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & ISO 45001 standards.
Proficient in computer use (MS Office).
Knowledge of lifting and rigging processes.
Strong public speaking skills.
