Kualifikasi:

Total experience 15 years.
Willing to SITE.
At least 10 years of relevant experience as an Emergency Response Lead or Advisor.
At least 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
Certified in Fire & Rescue, First Aid, Emergency Response, and Disaster Management (NFPA, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead and ensure the readiness and implementation of emergency response plans at the site.
Focus on emergency preparedness, resource management, and response operations.
Coordinate and continuously improve emergency response capabilities.
Measure and assess the performance of both the emergency response team and the general workforce.
Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance emergency response effectiveness.
Support incident investigations to identify root causes and improve emergency response protocols.
Ensure the availability of resources, including external resources beyond the Site Emergency Response Team (SERT).

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of emergency response systems, fire prevention, firefighting, evacuation, medical emergencies, and hazardous material handling. Ability to design, implement, and evaluate Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP). Skilled in risk assessment, crisis management, accident investigation, and incident command systems. Strong capability to lead emergency drills, simulations, and training programs. Knowledge of rescue operations, confined space entry, and high-risk work emergency procedures.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage Emergency Response Teams in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and presentation skills to train and influence employees and contractors. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to act decisively during emergencies. High adaptability, discipline, and resilience in dynamic EPC project environments.
