Kualifikasi:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Relevant discipline.
  • Three (3) years in a professional fire department or rescue industry experience.
  • Having training in Rope Rescue Certificate IRATA, VCA and first aid certified Indonesia Confined Space Rescue Technician or equivalent.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Work and live as a member of a team and give and follow directions in an emergency setting.
  • Up and downstairs carrying equipment as required, lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying objects using his/her hands, arms, back, abdominal muscles, shoulders, or legs Exert his/herself physically over a period of time without giving out.
  • Work effectively and safely during unavoidable exposure to an unpleasant environment with exposure to potentially heavy and somewhat unpredictable hazards.
  • Safely wear a self-contained breathing apparatus without medical or physical restriction.
  • Move his/her body quickly while keeping his/her balance on surfaces offering narrow footing.
  • Clearly see objects with vision meeting Company requirements.
  • Effectively apply firefighting, rescue, and emergency medical techniques.
  • Think and act quickly and competently in emergencies and under stress.
  • Analyzing and solving fire protection and emergency control problems.
  • Quickly analyzing emergency situations and directing the proper course of action.
  • Participates in all activities and functions assigned to a Rescue Team.
  • Participates in training, drills / rescue exercises, Rescue standby, incidents and related tasks.
  • First aid, emergency medical care and rescue methods.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency MS Office Application.
  • Must be able to work independently or Team Work.
  • Good Communication, having Good Leadership and analytical, Excellent Problem Solving &interpersonal skill.
  • Possess understanding of Issues, problems, principles and practices of firefighting, fire prevention, code enforcement, emergency medical services, and fire apparatus operation and maintenance.
  • Possess understanding of Relevant laws, ordinances, codes and court decisions that affect fire protection.
  • Possess understanding of Fire hazards and firefighting resources, Functions, characteristics, and proper use and maintenance of firefighting equipment and supplies.
  • Possess understanding of Departmental policies and regulations, Company geography.
  • Possess understanding of current laws and regulations pertaining to fire prevention and safety.
  • Possess understanding of Incident Command Systems.
  • Ability to use continuous and/or short bursts of muscle force to jump, sprint, climb ladders, pull victims out of hazardous areas.
  • Possesses Rescue Technicians (Trainees, Level I & II) and Lead Rescue Techs.
