Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Mining Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in the mining or bauxite industry.
Environmental Impact Assessment (AMDAL), mine reclamation, water management, and waste handling.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Technical Expertise: Environmental monitoring (air, water, soil, noise, biodiversity), waste management, and mine rehabilitation.
Compliance & Reporting: Capable of preparing environmental reports for internal use and submission to regulatory authorities.
Leadership & Coordination: Ability to lead a team of environmental officers/technicians and coordinate with HSE and operations departments.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze environmental data, identify trends, and propose corrective actions.
Problem-Solving: Skilled in handling environmental incidents and implementing preventive measures.
Stakeholder Engagement: Able to liaise with local authorities, communities, and environmental agencies effectively.
Documentation & Systems: Knowledge of ISO 14001 implementation and environmental management systems.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of environmental laws, permitting processes, and compliance requirements related to mining operations.
Proficient in environmental monitoring tools, data analysis, and reporting.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & verbal).
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities with proven experience leading a team.
