Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or related.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experienced in Enviro Specialist and implementation of Propernas, Rehabilitation, Reclamation & Revegetation.
  • Have POP certification, PPPA, PPPU, PLB3.
  • Having driver license (SIM A).
  • South Sumatra domicile is preferred.
  • Placement: South Sumatera (Site Based).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Environmental Monitoring and Control: Coordinate and monitor environmental parameters Water quality (upstream/downstream), air emissions, dust, noise, soil. Supervise sampling activities and ensure accuracy and consistency. Ensure all activities are conducted based on RKL-RPL and AMDAL documents.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Prepare and submit required environmental reports to regulatory bodies (e.g., KLHK, DLH, ESDM). Maintain proper documentation of permits, inspection records, and audit follow-ups. Lead preparation for external audits, environmental assessments, or government site visits.
  • Reclamation and Post-Mining Program: Supervise land clearing and reclamation activities including Topsoil management, Seedling, planting, and slope stabilization, Re-vegetation and monitoring survival rate. Coordinate with forestry or environmental agencies for verification.
  • Waste and Hazardous Material Management: Monitor storage, transport, and disposal of hazardous waste (B3). Ensure temporary storage facilities (TPS B3) comply with legal requirements. Oversee third-party coordination for hazardous waste handling.
  • Team Leadership and Training: Lead and supervise the Environment team, including technicians and field assistants. Conduct training and awareness programs on environmental compliance and procedures. Coordinate with other departments (Mining, Hauling, Processing) to support environmental control.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong understanding of: Water management (sediment pond, settling pond, acid mine drainage), Air quality monitoring, noise, and vibration control, Hazardous waste (B3) handling, documentation, and disposal, Biodiversity conservation, re-vegetation, and land reclamation techniques, Familiar with laws and regulations related to environment.
  • Skilled in: Using environmental monitoring equipment (TSS meter, pH meter, DO meter, etc.), Preparing regular reports for the Ministry of Environment (KLHK) and related authorities, Managing and updating SIMPEL, SPARING, or similar online reporting systems.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal reporting and government liaison.
