Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Forestry.
Have Certification: ISO 14001:2015 Awareness/Implementer; B3 Waste Management Training. ADDED VALUE: UKL-UPL/AMDAL Certification; ISPO/RSPO, FSC, PROPER, SIMPEL/SIRAJA; Internal Auditor of Environmental System.
Min. 5–7 years experience in environmental position in heavy industry or natural resources.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Environmental System Technical Support: Prepare, revise, and develop environmental SOPs in accordance with sectoral regulations. Provide technical input for the development of ISO 14001, PROPER, or ISPO/FSC systems.
Environmental Performance Monitoring & Evaluation: Processing and evaluating environmental quality monitoring data (water, air, emissions, noise, B3). Preparing graphs, trends, and evaluations of site monitoring results.
Licensing and Compliance: Supporting environmental licensing process: UKL-UPL, liquid waste permit, TPS B3. Conducting initial environmental legality review for new projects or expansion.
Reporting & Audit: Prepare periodic reports (monthly/semesterly) for internal and external purposes. Prepare audit materials and accompany site teams during PROPER, ISO 14001 audits, or DLH inspections.
Environmental Program Development: Designing waste management and resource efficiency activities (water, energy). Supporting conservation projects, land reclamation, and post-mining rehabilitation or HGU.
Cross-Site & Function Coordination: Provide technical assistance to environmental teams in each sector. Coordinate with legal, HSE, production, CSR, and ESG to synchronize reporting and initiatives.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Proficient in Evaluation and development of site environmental SOP; Analysis of water, air, wastewater, and emission quality data; Preparation of technical documents: RKL-RPL, UKL-UPL, SIMPEL reports; Design and monitoring of solid/liquid waste processing systems (IPAL, landfill, red mud management).
Careful and systematic in data processing.
Strong in technical communication and cross-departmental documentation.
Able to work across sectors and diverse operational cultures.
