Kualifikasi:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in industry/smelter field is required for this position.
Preferably BNSP Competency Certification (AK3 Umum, PPPA, PPPU, POPAL, B3 Waste, AMDAL), and some common certifications include those in Environmental Management Systems (e.g., ISO 14001).
Having experience in waste management, K3LH, and IFC PS Implementation.
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering – Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
Preferably having working experience in mining or smelter.
Willing to be placed in P.Obi – North Maluku with roster 9 : 2.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Plan, coordinate, and supervise routine environmental monitoring programs, including air emissions, water quality, noise, and waste management.
Ensure monitoring activities are conducted in accordance with approved procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with all Indonesian environmental laws and permits (AMDAL, RKL-RPL, UKL-UPL).
Prepare and submit mandatory environmental compliance reports to government agencies (KLHK, DLH, ESDM).
Prepare monthly and quarterly environmental performance reports for management and stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and data archives for environmental monitoring and compliance.
Supervise and mentor the Environment Monitoring Foreman and field monitoring staff.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and competency evaluations.
Participate in the development and implementation of environmental improvement projects (e.g., emission reduction, water recycling, waste minimization).
Support the company’s ESG and sustainability goals through innovation and best environmental practices.
Act as a key member of the environmental emergency response team, especially in cases of spills, emissions, or contamination events.
Support investigation, mitigation, and corrective action implementation for environmental incidents.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of environmental monitoring standards, including air, water, wastewater, soil, and noise. Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental laws and regulations, including PP No. 22/2021, PermenLHK standards, and PROPER requirements. Skilled in sampling techniques, laboratory coordination, and data interpretation. Proficiency in preparing RKL-RPL (Environmental Management and Monitoring Reports) and compliance reports for the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK). Familiarity with pollution control systems, such as wastewater treatment, air emission control, and hazardous waste management. Competent in incident reporting, non-compliance investigation, and root cause analysis. Strong computer literacy: Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and environmental monitoring databases.
Behavioral and Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities. High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and integrity in data handling. Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal departments, contractors, and regulators. Analytical, proactive, and able to make sound decisions under pressure. Passionate about sustainability, environmental protection, and continuous improvement.
