Kualifikasi:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
Having certification PPPA or PPPU.
Willing to be placed in P.Obi – North Maluku with roster 10 : 2.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Plan, organize, and supervise routine environmental monitoring programs, including air, water, soil, and noise sampling.
Review and validate monitoring data before submission to the Environmental Superintendent/Manager.
Supervise and schedule the environmental monitoring team’s daily activities.
Ensure all activities align with the company’s Environmental Management Plan (RKL-RPL) and ISO 14001 standards.
Support the HSE team in responding to environmental incidents or spills, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures.
Ensure all monitoring activities follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and are conducted safely.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports.
Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to field staff and technicians.
Participate in internal audits and assist in developing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain readiness for environmental emergencies and ensure proper use of spill kits and containment systems.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Understand water and air sampling techniques in Mining Industry.
Be able to use environmental monitoring tools.
Strong knowledge of environmental monitoring techniques for air quality, water quality, noise, vibration, and soil sampling.
Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage field monitoring teams.
