Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in construction HSE management, preferably with
experience in high rise building and data center projects.
HSE-related professional certification and/or accreditation.
Willing to be relocated across Indonesia.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Develop, implement and maintain the company's HSE management system for construction projects.
Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections of construction sites.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Provide HSE training and advice to construction site personal.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders on HSE matters.
Prepare reports and documentation on HSE matters.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and regulations applicable to the construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English (TOEFL score of 510 or higher).
