Kualifikasi:

Proven experience in environmental compliance, social impact management, and stakeholder engagement within infrastructure/energy projects.
EPC or large-scale project experience is a must.
Willing to be based on site (Central Java).
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Social Science, Sustainability, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in environmental and social management, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor).
Training in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA/AMDAL).
Sustainability or Environmental Compliance Training.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Manage and implement the Environmental & Social (E&S) management plan for the Floating Solar PV project.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, project permits, and sustainability standards.
Monitor and manage environmental impacts and social risks related to project activities.
Coordinate with government authorities, local communities, and stakeholders.
Oversee the implementation of environmental mitigation and social management programs.
Prepare and submit environmental and social monitoring reports.
Support the project team in promoting sustainable and responsible project development.
