Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Marine Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an environmental management role, preferably within the maritime, shipping, or oil tanker industry.
- Certification in ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System or Internal Auditor qualification will be an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Environmental Management System (EMS) in line with ISO 14001 and ISM Code requirements.
- Ensure all tanker fleet operations comply with MARPOL Annex I–VI and relevant environmental conventions.
- Conduct environmental audits and inspections onboard vessels and in offices to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and track environmental performance indicators such as fuel consumption, emissions, waste generation, and water discharges.
- Review and verify Oil Record Books, Garbage Record Books, Ballast Water Logs, and ensure proper recordkeeping.
- Provide training and guidance to vessel crew and shore personnel on environmental protection procedures and waste management.
- Support the development of pollution prevention and emergency response plans, including drills and exercises.
- Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to ensure proper handling of sludge, bilge, ballast, and cargo residues.
- Investigate and report any environmental incidents, spills, or non-compliance events, and propose corrective actions.
- Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the fleet, including EEXI/CII compliance and emission reduction projects.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, classification societies, and flag states for environmental compliance matters.
- Maintain awareness of new environmental regulations and update company procedures accordingly.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of MARPOL, IMO, ISO 14001, ISM Code, and other relevant environmental regulations for tanker operations.
- Familiar with ballast water management, oil record books, waste segregation, pollution prevention plans, and energy efficiency management systems (SEEMP/EEXI/CII).
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and environmental monitoring software.
