Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QHSE, preferably within logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Experienced in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
Experience in handling internal and external audits, customer audits, and certification processes.
Certified General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) and Internal Auditor certifications (ISO 9001/45001/14001) are preferred.
Willing to be placed at the Cikarang Site, West Java.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems across site operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, legal regulations, and international standards.
Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, incident investigations, and corrective action follow-ups.
Monitor QHSE performance indicators, analyze trends, and prepare management reports.
Coordinate internal audits, external audits, customer audits, and certification activities.
Develop and deliver QHSE training, safety awareness programs, toolbox talks, and operational guidance.
Support environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
Collaborate with operational teams to drive continuous improvement and strengthen QHSE culture throughout the organization.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards and their implementation.
Knowledgeable in Indonesian labor regulations, occupational safety regulations, and environmental compliance requirements.
Possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and report preparation.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across departments.
