Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering (MANDATORY), Forestry, Mining Engineering, Environmental Health, Biology, or a related field.
Min. 5-7 years of experience as an Environmental Officer/Supervisor, preferably in a coal mining company.
Certifications: PLH/PPPL (value added), ISO 14001 (implementation/auditor), B3 Waste, SMKP Minerba/K3 Environment.
Placement at Site - Central Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Environmental Compliance & Management: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and company policies. Implement and monitor the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001). Support PROPER performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Environmental Monitoring & Control: Supervise routine environmental monitoring activities (surface water, groundwater, air quality, noise). Evaluate monitoring results and recommend corrective actions when required. Ensure proper management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
Reclamation & Mine Closure: Supervise mine reclamation and revegetation activities in accordance with approved plans. Monitor reclamation progress, soil management, and plant growth performance. Support mine closure planning and post-mining land rehabilitation programs.
Water & Pollution Control: Manage mine water treatment systems and sediment ponds. Control erosion, sedimentation, and acid mine drainage (if applicable). Prevent environmental pollution and respond to environmental incidents.
Environmental Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and review environmental reports (RKL-RPL, AMDAL compliance, PROPER). Maintain accurate environmental records and documentation. Support internal and external environmental audits and inspections.
Stakeholder & Regulator Coordination: Coordinate with environmental regulators and government agencies. Support environmental inspections and respond to regulatory findings. Engage with local communities related to environmental concerns.
Training & Awareness: Conduct environmental awareness training for employees and contractors. Promote environmental responsibility and sustainability culture at site level. Support continuous improvement in environmental performance.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Understanding of environmental regulations: Environmental Law, Ministerial Regulations (PermenLH), Ministerial Regulations (Permen ESDM), AMDAL/UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL.
Proficient in B3 waste management, AAT, water treatment, and environmental monitoring.
Able to prepare environmental reports for regulators (DLH/ESDM).
Proficient in MS Office; GIS skills (QGIS/ArcGIS) are a plus.
Have good communication skills, leadership, strong analysis, and able to work in mining areas.
