Kualifikasi:
  • Education D3/D4/S1 Environmental Science, Forestry, Agriculture, Biology, or related.
  • Minimum age 30 years, with Experience prioritized mining companies/similar, minimum Env. Spv D4/S1: 6 years as Env. Officer/ 4 years Environment. Supervisor.
  • Environmental Certificate: Supervisor, Mining Environment (PPSDM), AMDAL (A/B/C)/ Environmental Officer (POPPAL/POPPU/PLB3/PPA/PPU/PLB3), POP/POM Certificate, PROPERNAS committee experience: BLUE.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Implementation of Environmental Management Program: Ensure implementation of RKL-RPL according to AMDAL/UKL-UPL documents; Monitor and evaluate management of mine water, runoff water, and B3 waste on site; Ensure water and air quality remain within the established quality standards.
  • Reclamation and Revegetation Supervision: Prepare and supervise post-mining reclamation programs; Coordinate with technical teams and government regarding reclamation success assessments (LHK & ESDM); Report reclamation activity progress periodically (quarterly/annually).
  • Environmental Reporting & Audit: Prepare and report RKL-RPL, TRI Environmental Report, SIMPEL KLHK, eSDM, or other digital reporting platforms, Emission, water, soil, noise, and biodiversity reports; Assist in environmental audit processes, KLHK/ESDM inspections, and company internal audits.
  • Environmental Facilities Supervision: Ensuring the function and condition of settling ponds, diversion channels, B3 waste storage areas, environmental quality monitoring stations.
  • Coaching & Coordination: Provide training/socialization to employees and contractors on Basic Environmental Management, Pollution Prevention, Environmental Emergency Response System (Chemical Spills, Mine Floods); Coordinate with HSE, Mining Engineering, Hauling, and CSR departments.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Have knowledge of environmental management: AMDAL, RKL-RPL, ISO 14000, PROPER.
  • Software: GIS, SPARING KLH, digital monitoring.
  • Have good communication (verbal and written).
  • Can adapt quickly; Can work with a team and work with targets.
