Kualifikasi:

Education: S1 Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Biology, Mining Engineering, or similar.
Certification: ISO 14001:2015 Internal/Lead Auditor (mandatory). PROPER training & certification (preferred). SMKP Minerba environmental certification. B3 waste management & AMDAL certificate (added value). TOT (Training of Trainer) for internal training.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental management in the mining sector.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Environmental Management System Management: Develop and implement environmental procedures according to ISO 14001 standards. Prepare and update RKL-RPL documents and related SOPs. Prepare risk assessments and environmental impact aspects with the HSE team.
Environmental Monitoring and Reporting: Supervise the sampling and monitoring process of environmental quality: mine water, ambient air, emissions, noise. Review and validate field and laboratory measurement results. Prepare and submit routine reports to DLH, KLHK, and internal company.
Audit, Evaluation, and Follow-up: Lead internal ISO 14001 audits and assist external audits (PROPER, KLHK, SMKP Minerba). Prepare action plans for audit findings and supervise their implementation. Manage digital/manual documentation and archiving systems.
Team Development & Training: Foster the environment crew through coaching and OJT. Organize internal training related to environmental awareness, waste segregation, and operational SOPs. Develop environmental team competencies and ensure their suitability to field needs.
Waste Management and Reclamation: Oversee the management of TPS LB3, mine water disposal, and other environmental facilities. Prepare reclamation and revegetation plans and monitor their implementation. Ensure all activities are in accordance with AMDAL and environmental permits.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of national environmental regulations (Law 32/2009, PP 22/2021). Technical mastery of water, air, soil quality monitoring, and B3 and non-B3 waste management. Proficient in compiling environmental documents: AMDAL, UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL, IKPLH. Able to manage the ISO 14001 management system and SMKP Minerba audits. Use of environmental data processing software (Excel, SPSS, or GIS/GIS-based systems). Manage a digital reporting system to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry or internally in the company.
Managerial Competencies: Leadership in fostering a team of environment crews and field officers. Analytical thinking to compile data-based environmental impact mitigation. Cross-functional coordination and communication (production, engineering, contractor). Skilled in compiling and presenting reports to management and regulators.
