Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or other relevant Natural Sciences (MIPA).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as an Environmental Consultant or Specialist, with proven expertise in AMDAL & environmental permitting, SIMPEL & PROPER compliance, Carbon & GHG management, as well as environmental monitoring and reporting.
- Experience as an Environmental Officer in a power plant environment is highly preferred, particularly handling environmental aspects of coal-fired power plants (CFPP) or large-scale power generation facilities.
- Willingness to work full-time on site in Cirebon, West Java.
- Certifications: Preferably holds official certifications or completed training in Carbon/GHG Management and AMDAL. Preferably holds Managerial/Operational certifications in Hazardous Waste Management (PLB3), Air Pollution Control (PPU), and Wastewater Treatment Management (PPA). Certified Auditor or training in ISO Management Systems (ISO 14001 / ISO 50001) is a distinct advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee environmental permitting compliance, ensuring all operational permits, AMDAL documents, RKL-RPL commitments, and regulatory approvals remain valid and up to date.
- Manage and execute data submissions for the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) digital platforms, including SIMPEL, while driving strategic programs to achieve and maintain top-tier PROPER compliance.
- Implement Greenhouse Gas (GHG) accounting, carbon footprint measurement, and climate mitigation programs in alignment with national carbon management frameworks and energy transition standards.
- Supervise environmental monitoring activities, including stack emissions, ambient air quality, coal ash management (Fly Ash & Bottom Ash), industrial wastewater treatment, and marine outfall compliance.
- Manage hazardous waste (B3 Waste) storage, handling, transport, and disposal protocols in strict adherence to environmental regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external environmental audits, supporting the continuous implementation of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 45001.
- Serve as the primary liaison with environmental government bodies, local authorities, auditors, and external consultants regarding environmental impact assessments and compliance reviews.
- Prepare accurate environmental performance reports, emissions inventories, and regulatory compliance summaries for executive leadership and government authorities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Environmental permitting management, AMDAL & RKL-RPL execution, SIMPEL & PROPER reporting, Carbon/GHG inventory accounting, air emissions & wastewater monitoring (PPU/PPA), B3 waste management (PLB3), and ISO 14001 auditing.
- Soft Skills: Strong regulatory liaison capabilities, analytical problem-solving, environmental leadership, meticulous attention to detail, stakeholder negotiation, and cross-functional team coordination.
