Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or related field.
- Experience in HSE/K3, preferably from an industrial/manufacturing background.
- Experienced in conducting direct HSE inspections and field monitoring.
- Ready to work mobile and hands-on within the plant area.
- Willing to be placed in Sarolangun, Jambi.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- You’ll be responsible for conducting routine HSE inspections, monitoring PPE compliance and safe work practices, and carrying out hazard identification, risk assessment, and JSA evaluation. This role also covers incident/near-miss investigation, root cause analysis, emergency preparedness, HSE documentation, and coordinating with operational teams to build a strong safety culture in the field.
- Execute daily HSE field inspections and monitor plant-wide PPE compliance and safe work practices.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) evaluations for processing and maintenance activities.
- Lead incident and near-miss investigations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
- Maintain emergency preparedness plans, coordinate site response procedures, and oversee fire safety systems.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian K3 and environmental legal regulations, keeping all required documentation up to date.
- Conduct HSE induction programs, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training for workers and contractors.
- Collaborate closely with plant operational teams to drive continuous improvement in workplace safety.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Solid understanding of HSE regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, JSA, and incident investigation.
- Firm, disciplined, communicative, and willing to take action on unsafe conditions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, has strong ownership, and able to work toward targets.
