Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Occupational Health, Environmental Management, or other related engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience as an Environmental Engineer, Environmental Officer, HSE Environmental Specialist, or equivalent position in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Commissioning, Petrochemical, or Industrial Projects.
- Experience supporting large-scale construction and commissioning projects is highly preferred.
- Possess relevant environmental certifications. Certification in ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor is highly preferred. Additional certifications such as AMDAL, UKL-UPL, Pengelolaan Limbah B3 (PLB3), POPAL, PPLB3, AK3 Umum, NEBOSH Environmental, or equivalent certifications will be considered an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement project HSE programs in accordance with Indonesian regulations, client requirements, and company HSE policies.
- Conduct routine site safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification to ensure compliance with applicable HSE standards.
- Review and verify HIRADC, Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements, and Permit to Work documentation before work execution.
- Monitor high-risk activities including lifting operations, hot work, confined space entry, working at height, excavation, electrical works, pressure testing, and commissioning activities.
- Support incident investigations, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and verify implementation effectiveness.
- Facilitate daily toolbox meetings, safety induction sessions, HSE campaigns, and safety awareness programs.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, inspection reports, incident records, and project HSE statistics. Coordinate with Construction, Commissioning, QA/QC, Client, and Contractors to ensure safe execution of project activities.
- Support emergency response preparedness, drills, and crisis management initiatives.
- Participate in internal and external HSE audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement toward achieving Zero Accident performance.

Permit to Work (PTW) administration and compliance monitoring. Construction and commissioning HSE supervision. Incident reporting, investigation, and Root Cause Analysis. Safety inspection, audit, and compliance verification. Emergency Response planning and emergency drill coordination. Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) implementation. HSE performance reporting, KPI monitoring, and statistical analysis. Contractor HSE monitoring and safety performance evaluation.
