Has an experience in oil and gas industry in relevant field for min. 3+ years.
Familiar with EPC Project.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other relevant engineering majors.
Certification:
AMDAL/UKL-UPL certification (mandatory for those handling permits).
ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (Internal Auditor preferred).
B3 Waste, Wastewater, Emissions, and Environmental Audit Certificates – added value.
Familiar with SIMPEL (KLHK), SPARING, and PROPER e-Reporting reporting systems (if applicable).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Willing to work on site (Papua) with rotation 9 weeks on : 3 weeks off.
Environmental Compliance and Licensing:
Prepare and review UKL-UPL/AMDAL documents according to project needs.
Ensure all environmental permits and reporting are carried out on time.
Project Environmental Quality Monitoring:
Conduct periodic sampling and analysis of environmental quality.
Supervise the management of B3 and non-B3 waste in the field.
Monitor potential pollution: noise, dust, project wastewater, and oil spills.
Construction Environmental Management:
Prepare and implement the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) for open areas.
Control drainage systems, temporary waste tanks, material piles, and project housekeeping.
Audit and Reporting:
Prepare periodic reports to KLHK, DLH, or SKK Migas according to requirements.
Accompany the internal and external environmental audit process.
Prepare a comprehensive Project Environmental Evaluation Report from the construction stage to commissioning.
Environmental Training and Education:
Provide environmental induction to project personnel and subcontractors.
Train field teams in spill handling, waste segregation, and environmental emergency procedures.

Technical Competencies:
Understand national environmental regulations (Law No. 32/2009, PP No. 22/2021) and international standards (IFC, ISO 14001).
Able to compile, implement, and evaluate environmental documents such as:
UKL-UPL/AMDAL, RKL-RPL, EMP (Environmental Management Plan), and ERCP (Environmental Risk Control Plan).
Skilled in quality monitoring:
Ground & surface water, construction wastewater, emissions, dust, noise, oil spills, and B3 waste.
Mastering the use of environmental measuring instruments and correct sampling techniques.
Able to read engineering drawings to assess the environmental impact of project design.
General Competencies:
Detailed, proactive, and analytical in compiling environmental mitigation systems.
Communicative, able to coordinate with EPC teams, contractors, and environmental consultants.
Able to prepare official reports to authorities (DLH/KLHK) and act as a technical liaison during audits or inspections.
Sustainability oriented, with high integrity towards environmental standards.
