Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health, or a related field of study.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in shipyard, marine engineering, or heavy maritime fabrication industries.
- Mandatory AK3U KEMNAKER Certification with active status.
- BNSP POPAL (Penanggung Jawab Operasional Pengolahan Air Limbah) or PLB3 (Penanggung Jawab Pengelolaan Limbah B3) Certification is an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor environmental management frameworks, policies, and sustainability initiatives tailored to shipyard and marine service operations.
- Supervise the handling, storage, labeling, transportation, and disposal of Hazardous and Toxic Waste (Limbah B3) and non-hazardous waste in full compliance with environmental laws.
- Oversee the operational performance and maintenance of industrial wastewater treatment plants (WWTP/IPAL) and marine bilge or ballast water treatment systems.
- Execute routine environmental monitoring, including ambient air quality, marine water quality, noise levels, and stack emissions.
- Ensure full compliance with national environmental regulations, AMDAL/UKL-UPL commitments, and official government portal reporting through SIMPEL KLHK.
- Lead internal environmental audits, environmental aspect and impact assessments (EAIA), and corrective action tracking in line with ISO 14001 guidelines.
- Deliver environmental awareness inductions, lead emergency spill response drills, and investigate any environmental incidents or non-conformances on site.
- Prepare professional environmental performance reports, compliance documentation, and statutory metrics for management and regulatory authorities.

- Soft Skills: Environmental stewardship, analytical problem-solving, assertive field communication, attention to detail, crisis management, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Hard Skills: Shipyard environmental management, hazardous waste (B3) control, wastewater treatment plant (IPAL) operation, ISO 14001 implementation, SIMPEL KLHK reporting, environmental monitoring, and statutory compliance auditing.
