Education minimum S1/D4 (Occupational Safety and Health. Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineer. Mechanical Engineer).
Have a minimum of 3 (three) years experience in the field of Safety and/or ERCM by having knowledge and experience in K3LL, especially regarding management of work safety systems and emergency preparedness in the Oil and Gas sector.
Preferably have a valid AK3 Oil and Gas certification, have a class a firefighter training certificate, RI ministry of manpower & sea survival certification.
Contract system through a third party for 1 year (evaluation in the first 3 months, and is expected to work until March 2023), contracts can be extended (performance based).
Work system 5:2/office hour (does not rule out work calls on holidays, especially during an emergency/crisis).
Implement and maintain the occupational safety management system.
Conduct accident/incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Provide professional support and advice to site management team and staff on Safety, Health, Environment and Quality of Work issues.
Consult with site teams and others to identify significant risk areas, develop and document measures to control and reduce risks to an acceptable level.
Collaborate with other officials to prepare and analyze emergency damage risk assessments.
Organize, coordinate, and participate in toolbox talks, inductions, and other consulting sessions.
Conduct site inspections with the site team, identify initiatives to improve performance, and assist in addressing improvement opportunities.
Produce periodic ERCM reports as needed.
Prepare emergency status reports describing response and recovery efforts, needs, and initial damage assessment.
Coordinate planned disaster response or crisis management activities such as ordering evacuations and implementing special needs plans and programs.
Design and administer emergency preparedness training courses that teach people how to respond effectively to major emergencies.
Prepare resource material requirements related to emergency preparedness.
Prepare needs related to work safety audits and emergencies.
