A bachelor's degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or any related major.
Certifications or additional training in Environmental Management or Sustainability are a plus.
Min. 3 years of experience in environmental management in the mining industry (or other heavy industry).
Possesses a General K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) Expert Certification / Mining Safety Expert Certification and a Primary Operational Supervisor (POP) Certification, as well as Certifications in PPA / PPU /POPA/POIPU / PLB3.
Holds a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
Willing to be placed in Aceh Barat Daya (site).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Conduct routine inspections to ensure that all mining operations comply with applicable HSE standards.
Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by workers and compliance with safety procedures.
Identify potential hazards in the mining work area through Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA).
Provide education and training related to K3 to mine workers, including safety procedures, use of PPE, and emergency response.
Conduct investigations into work accidents or incidents that occur to find the root cause and prevent similar incidents from recurring.
Record the results of inspections and implementation of HSE programs in the field.
Coordinate with operational supervisors, technicians, and management to ensure alignment of HSE programs with mining operations.
Ensure the readiness of emergency response systems at the mine site, including evacuation procedures and provision of safety facilities.

Knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EPA regulations).
Possesses a good understanding of Mining Safety and Environmental Management Systems, and is capable of preparing company reports related to Environmental Management Policies (KPLH) for the government.
Possesses good knowledge and skills related to Water Management Systems & Mine Water Treatment, the Process of Revegetation & Mine Reclamation, as well as the Control of Hazardous Waste (B3) and Hydrocarbons in Mining.
