Min. Diploma 3.
Have experience minimum 5-10 years in HSE Manager or HSE Coordinator position.
Have experience in project Data Center.
High motivation and willing to learn.
General K3 (K3 Umum).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and strategies across all projects and operations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and international safety requirements.
Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Promote a strong safety culture through training, toolbox meetings, and awareness programs.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and management regarding HSE matters.
Monitor and report HSE performance metrics and improvement initiatives.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good communication skills.
Fluent in English (speaking & writing.
Required skills: General K3 (K3 Umum), Risk Assessment, HSE Plan, HSE Report, HSE Audit, CHSEMS/CSMS, SMK3L.
