Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in OHS, Public Health, nursing or related field.
- Must have valid BASARNAS certifications (firefighting, survival, rescue).
- Min. 2 years of working experience as an Emergency Response in mining industry.
- Willing to be placed in Angsana, South Kalimantan.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Daily Preparedness: Conducting patrols of critical areas (pit walls, fuel storage, workshops) for early detection of potential hazards; Ensuring the readiness of emergency equipment: APAR, hydrant, rescue rope, breathing apparatus, stretcher, fire blanket.
- Emergency Response: Responding immediately to: Fire; Landslide; Heavy equipment accidents (collision, overturn); Emergency medical incidents (severe trauma, exposure to hazardous materials); Chemical or fuel spills; Carrying out victim evacuation according to ICS (Incident Command System) procedures.
- Training and Simulation: Actively participating in: Fire Drill; Medical Evacuation Drill; Confined Space Rescue Drill; Spill Response Simulation; Providing basic internal training to new workers (evacuation, use of APAR, first aid).
- Risk Management Support: Assisting in collecting data and reporting emergency incidents; Providing input for review of emergency procedures, improvement of muster point areas, evacuation routes, and ERT SOPs.
- Emergency Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine checklists of APAR, hydrant box, breathing apparatus, rope rescue kit, emergency light; Compile equipment inspection logbook.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Skilled in first aid & emergency evacuation procedures.
- Capable of conducting emergency response training and socialization for employees.
- Have a good knowledge in HSE regulations & SMKP compliance.
- Strong team coordination skills, including with medical units.
