Kualifikasi:

Location : Field / Project Sites (as required). Contract Type : Permanent / Contract-based (as applicable). Reporting Line : HSSE Manager.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSSE roles within upstream oil and gas or heavy industry.
Certified HSSE training (e.g., AK3U, HSE Officer, First Aid, Fire Fighting) is an advantage.
Willing to work on rotation or field-based assignments.
Ensure the implementation throughout drilling operation.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

This role is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) requirements at field and project sites to ensure safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible operations under the Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with SKK Migas.
Implement and enforce Company HSSE policies, procedures, and HSSE Management System (HSEMS) at field and project sites.
Monitor daily field activities to ensure compliance with HSSE requirements, safe work practices, and permit-to-work (PTW) systems.
Conduct site HSSE inspections, audits, and observations; identify unsafe acts and conditions and ensure timely corrective actions.
Support implementation of HSSE requirements during drilling, construction, lifting operations, SIMOPS, and production activities.
Facilitate toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and HSSE inductions for employees and contractors.
Support incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor contractor HSSE performance and compliance with approved HSSE plans and procedures.
Support emergency preparedness, drills, and response activities at site.
Monitor environmental protection measures, including waste management, spill prevention, site housekeeping & Technical Environmental Management.
Maintain HSSE records, reports, and documentation for internal use and regulatory submission.
Act as liaison with site management, contractors, and HSSE representatives to promote continuous HSSE improvement.
