Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree any discipline with Industry Experience in the Management of Technical Function in the Upstream Oil and Gas Industry.
At least 8 (Eight) years’ experience in HSSE areas in Oil & Gas Industry.
Hold certificate of Oil and Gas Health Safety Security and Environmental Supervisory Level by MIGAS.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervise daily HSSE implementation at field operations.
Ensure compliance with SKK Migas regulations, company standards, and contract requirements.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety observations.
Lead toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Prepare HSSE reports for management and regulatory submission.
Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding presentation skills.
Technical & Supervision capabilities.
Create informative and structured presentations and reports.
Understand the Working Plan and Budgeting processes & Documents Related to HSSE Programs.
Data analytics for Decision Making.
Good communication with team and external.
Able to demonstrate handling emergency situations.
