Kualifikasi:
  • Posses educational background as Nurse/Midwife/Public Health.
  • Have min. 5 years of work experience as Paramedic from reputed mining or oil and gas company.
  • Have competency of Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advance Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene (Hiperkes).
  • Hold a valid Registration Cetificate - STR (issued by Ministry of Health) and Practice Permit - SIP (issued by Local Government).
  • Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated to PoH).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • The role of Field Emergency Paramedic is taking responsibility for every emergency medical situation on field from first aid, evacuation, patient stabilitation and refer to main clinic. He/She must implementing and evaluating occupational health programs based on 4 pillars; preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitatie to improve the employees' health status. Also ensuring to follow the fulfilment of applicable legal aspects related to health services as a reference to be applied in accordance with the government regulation, requirement, and company policies.
  • Execute, monitor and evaluate medical emergency programs such as medical emergency drill, etc for handling emergency case.
  • Implement occupational health monitoring program (covid-19 management, Medical High Risk Employees, etc).
  • Implement and monitor health promotion program (health talk, first aid induction, etc) to improve employee's health awareness.
  • Make summary list of medicine minimum stock availability is sufficient and valid to use effectively before expiry date, medicine/medical supply/devices order within time frame to prevent from running out.
  • Submit regular activity report (daily, weekly and monthly) to health management system team.
  • Responsible for all waste management on First Aid Post (FAP).
  • Responsible for health screening program such as covid-19 swab antigen, alcohol test, fatigue test, etc.
  • Conduct regular inspection to medicine, medical and emergency equipment and follow the recommendation of corrective action should be taken to any defect or non-conformance identified.
  • Implement Medical Emergency response plan (MERP) according to the procedure.
  • Maintain housekeeping standard and arrangement of material / stuff in good order at FAP (First Aid Post) Partolang all the time.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advance Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene (Hiperkes).
  • Familiar with health related legal compliance aspects.
