Kualifikasi:
  • Medical degree (MD) or equivalent.
  • Specialization in Occupational Medicine or equivalent.
  • Additional training in HSSE, particularly in offshore environments.
  • Experience working as a doctor in industrial settings, particularly offshore.
  • Experience in handling emergency medical cases in the field.
  • Certification in Occupational Medicine or equivalent.
  • HSSE certifications, such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) or other relevant certifications.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Primary Medical Services and Emergency Response: Provide primary medical care to offshore crew. Handle emergency cases (trauma, cardiovascular events, H2S exposure, etc.). MEDEVAC coordination with shorebase and referral facilities.
  • Offshore Clinic Management: Ensure medical facilities are fully functional: equipment, logistics, pharmacy, sanitation. Manage medical inventory and drug usage/logistics schedules.
  • Occupational Health Monitoring: Conduct pre-deployment screening, monitoring fatigue, heat stress, musculoskeletal disorders. Provide input for work adjustments for workers with special conditions.
  • Environmental Health & Hygiene: Monitor drinking water quality, cleanliness of dining rooms, dormitories, sanitation facilities. Conduct routine inspections of work areas for the risk of disease transmission.
  • Training and Education: Provide training in First Aid, handling work injuries, CPR, awareness of common diseases at sea. Promote healthy living habits and infection prevention (including COVID-19, hepatitis, TB).
  • Documentation and Reporting: Record all medical visits and emergency events. Prepare monthly health statistics and medical incident reports to the shorebase medical coordinator / QHSE team.

  • Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations and make quick decisions.
  • Understanding and application of relevant HSSE regulations.
