Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering
  • Must have a General K3 or K3 Expert (AK3) certification.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HSE Officer in the mining industry.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Developing and implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, identifying hazards, providing safety training, investigating accidents, and promoting a culture of safety.
  • Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments.
  • Implement HSE procedures in accordance with HSE regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the health and safety of the work environment and equipment.
  • Prepare periodic reports on HSE implementation in the company.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision- making capabilities.
  • Able to work independently and lead investigations, audits, and safety reporting processes.
  • Fluent in English, with good communication skills.
  • Have basic knowledge about Health, Safety, and Environment.
