Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Nutrition, Public Health (Environmental Health), Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Food Safety Officer, Food Safety Supervisor, QA/QC Food Specialist, or a similar role.
Experience in industrial catering, camp services, remote site operations, oil and gas projects, mining projects, offshore facilities, or large-scale food service operations is highly preferred.
Possess valid certifications in HACCP, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, and General Occupational Health and Safety (AK3 Umum) issued by the Ministry of Manpower or AK3 Migas.
Willing to travel and work at project sites, including remote locations, as required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Implement & Enforce Standards – Ensure all kitchen and messhall operations comply with HACCP, ISO 22000, and BPOM regulations.
Conduct Audits & Inspections – Perform routine hygiene checks on food storage, preparation areas, and distribution units.
Monitor CCPs – Identify and control Critical Control Points in the food production process.
Train Staff – Deliver food safety and hygiene training to all kitchen and housekeeping personnel.
Manage Incidents – Investigate food complaints and illness cases, and lead corrective actions (CAPA).
Maintain Documentation – Keep all food safety records updated and ensure audit readiness for clients and certifying bodies.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, food hygiene standards, sanitation programs, and food quality management systems.
Familiar with food hazard identification, risk assessment, contamination control, allergen management, and food traceability systems.
Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures), and food safety auditing processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
