Kualifikasi:
- These positions are open for fresh graduate from Environmental or Forestry educational background and people with related experience.
- Experience Minimum 3–5 years experience in mining environment.
- Have POP (First Operational Supervisor) Certification & Training – Minerba & Mining Environmental Management Training (PPLH Module).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise mining land closure activities such as Land grading, soil spreading, fertilization, and planting.
- Ensure plant maintenance (watering, replanting, fencing).
- Report daily and monthly reclamation area progress (ha).
- Supervise and regulate the settling pond, sump, and mining drainage canal systems as well as the installation of geotextiles, silt traps, and check dam construction.
- Ensure that the flow of mine wastewater does not pollute the outside environment.
- Supervise the sorting and storage of B3 (used oil, batteries, filters) & non-B3 waste (domestic, organic waste).
- Ensure that waste warehouse and composting management are in accordance with SOP.
- Conduct daily inspections of environmental facilities: IPAL, WRM, MRF, ponds.
- Inspection of heavy reclamation equipment (bulldozers, excavators, water trucks).
- Record and report findings and improvements to superiors.
- Compiling environmental activity logbooks, monitoring forms and daily checklists, supporting data for RKL-RPL reporting, PROPER, and external audits.
- Providing technical direction to operators and environmental work teams.
- Being a liaison between field implementers and the Environment Officer/Engineer team.
- Supporting the implementation of environmental campaigns & internal training.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Firm in supervising field work.
- Communicative with workers and vendors.
- Able to Operate and supervise heavy equipment for reclamation; Read environmental technical drawings (revegetation plan, drainage plan); Compile IPAL, settling pond, and composting maintenance log sheets; Use GPS, drones, or simple measuring tools for environmental area mapping; Make inspection reports and report to Environmental Engineer/Section Head.
