Kualifikasi:

Candidate must possess education at least Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or relevant.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience as HSE Lead/Coordinator, at least five (5) years as HSE Manager in Oil and Gas Construction Company with at least one (1) similar upstream offshore project.
Certified in International NEBOSH Certificate.
Certified in Occupational Health Expert (AK 3 Umum).
Certified in International Lead Auditor.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Strategic & Technical Leadership: Develop, lead, and ensure implementation of project-wide HSSE strategy, aligned with corporate policy and client requirements. Establish HSSE KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring frameworks. Set up site-specific HSE organization structure, roles, and responsibilities.
System Implementation: Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of the HSE Management System. Drive compliance audit programs, both internal and third-party, ensuring project readiness for certification or inspection. Lead risk assessment programs (HAZID, HIRA, SIMOPS).
Incident & Emergency Management: Lead incident investigation processes using formal methodology and ensure timely reporting, closeout, and lessons learned. Review and coordinate implementation of Emergency Response Plans (onsite and offshore), including training and simulation drills. Interface with project stakeholders (client, subcontractors, authorities) on major incident management and reporting.
Stakeholder & Team Management: Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary HSSE team (supervisors, officers, auditors, medics). Ensure alignment with client HSSE programs and contractual requirements. Conduct HSSE onboarding, leadership walkdowns, and behavioral safety programs.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Competent in HSE Management System, Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Incident Investigation (Root Cause Analysis).
Deep knowledge of HSE Management Systems (aligned with ISO 45001 & OHSAS 18001).
