Kualifikasi:

Holding marine certification ANT/ATT II or I will be advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Marine Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HSE experience in the marine or shipping industry.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Willing to work with 6:2 rotation.
Prepare and coordinate Safety Management System, SMK documents, and HSE documents.
Plan, monitoring, and review safety management system report (monthly vessels report).
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and Safety Management Systems in compliance with company standards and maritime regulations.
Prepare, coordinate, and maintain SMK documents, HSE records, and monthly vessel safety reports.
Conduct regular vessel safety inspections and ensure compliance with ISM Code and other applicable standards.
Lead and facilitate HSE training programs for crew members and operational teams.
Monitor vessel operations and identify potential hazards, providing corrective and preventive measures.
Lead or participate in incident investigations, determine root causes, and recommend action plans.
Collaborate with marine operations, technical, and management teams to ensure safety culture implementation.
Ensure proper usage of PPE and adherence to safe work procedures on board vessels.
Prepare and submit HSE performance reports to management and relevant authorities.
Act as a key liaison for safety-related audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.
