Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in HSE within the mining or heavy equipment industry, preferably with contractor operations.
Certified in Ahli K3 Umum (Indonesian Ministry of Manpower); additional certifications such as SMKP Minerba, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, First Aid, and Fire Safety are highly desirable.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Supervise and enforce implementation of HSE policies and procedures across all site operations (extraction, hauling, loading, and reclamation).
Conduct daily HSE inspections on equipment, work areas, and crew compliance with PPE.
Ensure all high-risk activities are carried out under the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
Lead and participate in daily toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions.
Monitor compliance with Indonesian mining regulations and company HSSE standards.
Support the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses, including preparation of reports and corrective action follow-up.
Assist in developing and implementing emergency response drills and evacuation plans at the mining site.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and contractors to maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor and report on environmental and reclamation safety measures.
Promote a strong safety culture to achieve the company’s target of Zero Accident and Sustainable Operations.
