Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering field or a related discipline.
Having min. 2 years of experience as a Process Safety Engineer in EPC Project.
Willing to be dispatched to overseas or domestic site for project support if required.
Certification in Process Safety Management (PSM), Functional Safety (IEC 61511 / TÜV), or NEBOSH Process Safety is an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure process safety is integrated into design, engineering, and construction activities across all EPC project stages.
Review and approve process safety documentation such as P&ID, PFD, cause & effect diagrams, and safety instrumented system (SIS) logic.
Conduct or facilitate hazard studies: HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, What-if, FMEA, and Bow-Tie Analysis.
Perform Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA), Consequence Modeling, and Fire and Explosion Risk Analysis (FERA).
Develop, implement, and maintain Process Safety Management systems aligned with OSHA 1910.119 or equivalent standards.
Support Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) and ensure process safety readiness prior to commissioning or handover.
Prepare process safety deliverables, including Safety Case, Safety Report, Design Safety Reviews, and Process Safety Studies.
Review third-party safety studies and ensure recommendations are properly implemented.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise process safety awareness among engineers, operators, and contractors.
Promote process safety leadership and foster a proactive safety culture across all EPC project teams.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Familiarity with international and local safety codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, EI15, MODU).
Proficiency in safety modeling tools such as PIPENET Vision and Flaresim.
Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email & Teams).
Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin is a plus.
Having good interpersonal skills, professional manner, consistent, and detail-oriented.
