Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise HSEQ implementation in industrial and processing areas (crushing, screening, stockpile, workshops).
- Monitor safe operation of heavy equipment and machinery.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce safe work procedures.
- Investigate incidents and near misses in industrial areas.
- Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Ensure housekeeping and safe working environments.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of industrial and heavy equipment safety.
- Industrial hazard identification and risk control.
- Safety supervision of heavy equipment, workshops, and processing areas.
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Strong coordination with operations and maintenance teams.
