Kualifikasi:
  • Location: Jakarta.
  • Employment Type: Contract - Project Based.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of total working experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Railway System/Subsystem works.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager in Railway System/Subsystem works, or experience as a Manager in at least 1 railway project.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop and implement the Occupational Safety & Health management system.
  • Lead accident prevention programs across construction and plant projects.
  • Ensure compliance with OSH regulations and project safety standards.
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and safety meetings.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead and manage the project safety team.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Accident Prevention Systems.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Safety management system development and implementation.
  • Accident prevention and risk control.
  • Hazard identification & risk assessment (HIRA/JSA).
  • Incident investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Safety leadership, communication, and training.
  • Audit, inspection, and safety reporting.
