Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in environmental management in manufacturing (food/dairy industry preferred).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Job Summary: The Safety Officer is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving occupational health and safety programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment at PT Yili Indonesia Dairy. This role ensures that all production, warehouse, laboratory, engineering, and office activities comply with Indonesian regulations, company policies, and international safety standards. The Safety Officer actively prevents accidents, occupational diseases, environmental incidents, and promotes a strong safety culture across the organization.
Implement and monitor HSE/K3 policies, procedures, and programs in all operational areas.
Conduct regular hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRADC/JSA).
Perform routine safety inspections of production lines, warehouses, utilities, laboratories, and contractors activities.
Promote safety awareness campaigns and continuous improvement programs.
Ensure availability and inspection of emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, hydrants, spill kits, eyewash stations, first aid kits).
Monitor contractor safety performance and permit-to-work systems.
Prepare regular HSE performance reports (accident rates, inspections, training, corrective actions).
Maintain documentation for audits, government inspections, and internal reviews.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Knowledge of wastewater treatment, B3 waste management, and Indonesian environmental regulations.
Familiar with ISO 14001, PROPER, AMDAL/UKL-UPL systems.
Good reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
