Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from relevant major.
Have minimum 3 years of experience in Geothermal, Oil & Gas, or other energy project with the same role.
Have certification in relevant skill will be an advantage.
Willing to work at site/remote location and with rotational schedule if required.
High level of integrity and commitment to safety, quality, and project objectives.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Implement and monitor HSE programs during drilling operations.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and drilling safety standards.
Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
Identify unsafe acts and conditions and ensure corrective actions.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Coordinate emergency response drills and preparedness activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control, and associated HSE risks.
Emergency response and drilling safety management.
Hazard identification, risk assessment, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA).
