Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from relevant major.
  • Have minimum 3 years of experience in Geothermal, Oil & Gas, or other energy project with the same role.
  • Have certification in relevant skill will be an advantage.
  • Willing to work at site/remote location and with rotational schedule if required.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to safety, quality, and project objectives.
  • Location: Jakarta & Site (Onshore).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Implement and monitor HSE programs during drilling operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and drilling safety standards.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
  • Identify unsafe acts and conditions and ensure corrective actions.
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • Coordinate emergency response drills and preparedness activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control, and associated HSE risks.
  • Emergency response and drilling safety management.
  • Hazard identification, risk assessment, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA).
