Kualifikasi:

Location: Kalimantan Barat.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline or similar.
Proven experience as a Safety Officer on projects more than 2 years in construction companies.
Having a BNSP K3 certification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and maintain company HSE policies in accordance with: Local regulations, CSCEC group HSE standards, International best practices.
Conduct daily safety inspections of construction activities.
Identify potential hazards and assess risks before work execution.
Conduct safety induction for new workers and visitors.
Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good communication in English both oral and written.
Strong knowledge of: Local HSE regulations and labor laws, International standards such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
Ability to conduct: Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA / HIRADC) Job Safety Analysis (JSA / Method Statement Review)
Skilled in preparing: Daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, Accident, near-miss, and unsafe condition reports
