Kualifikasi:

Minimum High School Diploma or Technical/Vocational Certificate.
Minimum 5–7 years of scaffolding experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
Certified Scaffolding Level 3 / Advanced Scaffolding, CITB, TUV, or equivalent recognized competency certificate.
Candidates Must Have EPC Oil and Gas Experienced in Fabrication Yard.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Supervision & Execution: Lead and supervise scaffolding crews in daily erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolds. Ensure scaffolding work follows approved drawings, designs, and engineering requirements. Plan daily activities, manpower distribution, and scaffold material allocation. Ensure proper bracing, ties, platforms, guardrails, access ladders, and load capacity compliance.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies, working-at-height procedures, and scaffolding standards. Conduct daily toolbox talks and communicate job hazards to the team. Stop unsafe acts immediately and report hazards or deviations. Ensure scaffolds are inspected, tagged (Green/Yellow/Red), and recorded according to procedures. Ensure use of PPE and fall protection is strictly followed.
Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate scaffold requirements with construction teams, mechanical, welding, and fabrication departments. Communicate progress, delays, and material needs to the Scaffolding Superintendent or Construction Manager. Maintain daily logs, scaffold register updates, and inspection records. Support scaffold designers by validating field measurements and providing site feedback.
Quality & Productivity: Ensure scaffold installations meet quality standards and are structurally sound. Optimize manpower and resources to maintain efficiency and minimize material wastage. Monitor work progress to ensure completion within the project timeline and fabrication milestones.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of international scaffolding standards: OSHA 1926, BS EN 12811, AS/NZS Scaffolding Standards.
Familiar with fabrication yard operations, heavy lifting zones, confined space safety, and structural work areas.
Ability to read scaffold drawings, design sketches, and material lists.
Understanding of PTW (Permit-to-Work), Risk Assessment, JSA, and work-at-height procedures.
