Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop and implement HSE plans for telecom tower erection, power line installation, and substation construction sites.
Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety inductions for field crews.
Enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and working-at-height protocols on all active electrical sites.
Perform risk assessments (HIRADC/JSA) for high-risk activities including energized work and aerial tower work.
Manage Permit to Work (PTW) system for confined space, hot work, and high-voltage activities.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; submit reports to management promptly.
Monitor environmental compliance including waste disposal and vegetation clearing in protected areas.
Coordinate with project manager, site supervisors, subcontractors, and client HSE representatives.
Prepare weekly and monthly HSE performance reports for management and client submission.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Hard Skills: HSE Plan & HIRADC for power/telecom sites, Electrical hazard identification (LOTO), Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA), Permit to Work (PTW) management, PPE management & safety audits, HSE documentation & reporting.
Soft Skills: Strong field leadership & assertiveness, Clear communication across teams.
