Kualifikasi:
- Senior High school or its equivalent.
- Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or new build for EPC contract.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in the same position at Fabrication, Constructions and background in oil and gas industry preferred.
- Certifications (Preferred) Scaffolding Supervisor Certification. Working at Height Certification.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities.
- Ensure work is performed according to approved procedures and safety standards.
- Assign tasks and coordinate scaffolding crews.
- Work closely with HSE and construction teams on high-risk activities.
- Ensure proper PPE usage and safe work practices.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Team supervision and coordination.
- Scaffolding erection and dismantling planning.
- Safety compliance monitoring.
