Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Officer/Supervisor, preferably in the mining industry.
Possess AK3 Umum certification and POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama).
AK3 Pertambangan certification is an advantage.
Willing to be placed at the project site in Central Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies, procedures, and standards at operational sites.
Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety inspections.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and company HSE standards.
Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, and safety awareness programs.
Monitor PPE usage and safe work practices in all operational areas.
Maintain Health & Safety documentation, reports, and statistics.
Promote a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Familiar with SMKP Minerba, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
Understanding of B3 waste management, sediment pond management, and mine reclamation procedures.
HSE reporting & documentation.
