Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in: Occupational Health & Safety (OHS / HSE), Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in HSE roles, with: At least 3 years in a supervisory or group leader position, Proven experience in coal mining or integrated energy operations.
Mandatory certifications: General OHS Expert (AK3 Umum – Indonesian Ministry of Manpower), POP (First Line Mining Supervisor Certification).
Additional certifications are highly desirable: POM / POU, SMK3 Auditor, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Implementer / Auditor.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Lead and coordinate HSE implementation across all operational units: Mining, Coal hauling and transportation, Stockpile and jetty operations.
Ensure full compliance with: Indonesian HSE and mining regulations, Company standards and client requirements.
Supervise, coach, and develop HSE Officers and field safety teams.
Oversee execution of: Safety inductions, Toolbox talks, Safety campaigns and awareness programs.
Conduct regular safety inspections and site safety patrols.
Identify, record, and follow up on: Unsafe acts, Unsafe conditions, Near-miss incidents.
Exercise Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions are identified.
Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and environmental events.
Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare performance reports for group management.
Support internal and external audits (SMK3, regulatory inspections, client audits).

Harus punya keterampilan:

HSE supervision across: Coal mining operations (overburden removal, coal getting), Hauling and coal transportation, Stockpile, jetty, and coal loading operations.
Development and implementation of: HIRA / HIRADC / IBPR, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work systems.
Conducting: Safety inspections and safety patrols, Incident and accident investigations.
Environmental management: Hazardous and non-hazardous waste (B3 & non-B3), Dust, noise, and water management.
HSE reporting: Safety statistics (LTIFR, TRIFR), Monthly and annual HSE performance reports.
Strong field leadership and people management skills.
Effective communication with operators, supervisors, and management.
Ability to build and sustain a strong Safety Culture.
