Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HS3E or sustainability management in the energy, EPC sector or infrastructure.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • This position will responsible for driving the strategic direction, development, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, Security, Sustainability, and Environment (HS3E) Excellence performance across the company.
  • Authorities: Approve and enforce HS3E policies, standards, and management systems across all business units; Direct incident investigations and approve corrective and preventive action plans; Authorize internal HS3E audits and assessments.
  • Lead the development and execution of corporate HS3E strategies, frameworks, and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with national regulations, international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001), and client requirements.
  • Establish risk-based approaches to health, safety, environmental, and sustainability challenges.
  • Oversee the monitoring, reporting, and analysis of HS3E performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business units to embed HS3E principles into daily operations and project lifecycles.
  • Drive awareness programs and cultural transformation initiatives to elevate HS3E performance.
  • Mentoring and develop HS3E professionals across the organization to build capability and leadership in the discipline.
  • Provide guidance during incident response, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
