Minimum education: D3/S1, majoring in Public Health or Occupational Nursing.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Health and Safety (please include detailed job responsibilities from previous companies in your CV)
Must be residing in the Bekasi area.
Familiarity with Japanese manufacturing culture, especially in the automotive industry.
Experienced in organizing in-house clinic management systems, medical check-up (MCU). vaccination, and occupational health programs

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Leadership & Safety Culture:
Lead the implementation of Health & Safety programs across the manufacturing facility.
Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring all employees follow HSE rules and safe work practices.
Provide coaching, training, and guidance to HSE staff and line supervisors.
Act as the primary contact for all safety-related matters within the plant.
Risk & Compliance Management:
Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections in high-temperature ceramic processing, chemical mixing, and mechanical operations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001).
Develop and maintain safety procedures, SOPs, LOTO programs, and emergency response plans.
Review and ensure safe chemical storage, handling, and waste disposal procedures.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report safety performance indicators (near misses, incidents, unsafe acts, etc.).
Lead incident investigations using recognized methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly HSE reports for management.
Monitor environmental performance including emissions, waste generation, and energy use.
Training & Engagement:
Conduct safety training, toolbox meetings, and safety campaigns for all employees.
Coordinate emergency drills (fire, chemical spill, evacuation) and evaluate effectiveness.
Develop continuous improvement initiatives in safety behavior and operational safety.
Operational Support:
Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure hazard controls are implemented effectively.
Oversee PPE management and ensure compliance with PPE standards.
Support commissioning of new machines, layouts, and processes from an HSE perspective.
Ensure contractors follow company HSE standards during maintenance or installation activities.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant personality.
Capable of managing safety and health training and campaigns (e.g., information boards, safety handbooks).
Skilled in accident investigation and reporting.
Able to organize and maintain safety and health files, records, systems, and ensure timely updates.
Possesses strong skills in Health Promotion, Health Assessment, and Work Environment Control.
Solid knowledge of Health and Hygiene.
Competent in updating safety and health regulations to comply with government laws Familiar with ISO audit processes.
